Hi, I’m Charlotte
I have an abiding love of studying the body and how it functions, listening to its language and observing. This is what prompted me to work with people who want to take their health and wellbeing, physical and emotional, into their own hands and create balance in their lives.
I draw on my background in sports science, personal training, Pilates, and my passion for yoga, meditation, breathwork, reiki & bodywork and flower essences – the latter for people and also for animals.
Working between my home in Midhurst and West London where I lived for many years, I offer one-to-one sessions, consultations, group classes and comprehensive programmes that combine these overlapping modalities. Together, they form an integral approach to wellbeing, health, happiness and healing.
I look forward to guiding you through these practices and helping you to take autonomy for your wellbeing; to find peace, calm and balance.

The Wise Wellbeing
Join my 16-week online programme to discover how to embody and fulfil the potential of these practices, as well as create space for, and invest in, yourself.
Each block begins with a one-to-one session in the modality of your choice – Pilates, strength training or yoga. You will then receive a bespoke programme in your chosen modality for each 4-week period. You’ll also work with flower remedies throughout the 16 weeks, and every 4 weeks we’ll complete a flower essence consultation. Over the 16-week programme you can focus either on one modality or a combination – it’s your choice; the programme is structured around your needs and your desired outcome.
You’ll also have access to a weekly live-streamed online class for the full 16 weeks – again, you choose the class, the day and the time that suits you.
I will empower you in your health and wellbeing choices. Give you knowledge, confidence and trusted practices that help you cultivate your natural state of health and happiness. And lead you ‘back to you’ through integral wellbeing.
