She Oak is an incredible essence for hydration and one of Nature’s original electrolytes. A protected plant in her native Australia, She Oak grows near water and is known to indigenous people to indicate water sources. This essence will sustain hydration and support dehydration.
The She Oak remedy is preserved with Colloidal Silver rather than alcohol given its habitual use for both children and animals.
PRESCRIPTION
How to take it - People
• Take 7 drops under the tongue first thing in the morning and last thing at night and avoid eating /drinking for 5 minutes before/after ingesting the essence.
• Take with a moment of stillness and a full and gentle breath in, a complete breath out.
How to take it - Animals
• Administer 7 drops morning and evening, and as required throughout the day, more on extremely hot days. Place 7 drops of the tincture onto the palm of your hand if your cat or dog will lick from there or drop from the pipette into the animal’s mouth.
• Additionally add 7 drops to your pet’s water bowl or source.
