Sales for our pre-mixed and bespoke mixed flower essences for people and animals are final and not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the item arrived damaged.

I the case of damage on arrival we ask you for photographic evidence to be emailed to hello@charlottewisewellbeing.com
before a replacement can be sent out to you.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit from our address to your address. The exchange will always be a replacement of the damaged item.
