About the Retreat
My desire is is that you will return home rested, recharged, and empowered with an array of practises and tools to continue supporting your well-being on every level.
My Intention for your retreat
is to create a sanctuary for you in which you will restore and recharge safe in the knowledge that you are fully supported through my experience with, and the timeless wisdom of, the practices I hold dear and love to teach. You will be further nurtured through the alchemy of a collective of skilled and passionate individuals who love their craft; my teachings, our chefs love of food and nutriment and our host’s capacity to create a beautiful energy in and around our venue of Maison 10.
A Typical Retreat Day
8.00 / 8.15 – 8.45 Morning meditation
8.45 – 9.00 Short break for bathroom / herbal teas / fruit
9.00 – 10.30 Morning Pilates class
10.30 Breakfast
12.00 – 16.30 Time to hike, take a cycle/electric bike tour, a wine tour, a massage. Visit Nyon and the farmer’s market. Read, swim, lounge in a hammock overlooking the olive grove, or nap by the pool.
15.00 Afternoon snacks
16.30 – 18.00 Afternoon Yin Yoga class / workshop
19.00 Dinner
Booking and Deposit
Included: Airport transfers Marseilles airport to Maison 10 and return. Accommodation at Maison 10, all meals and 3 practices daily; meditation/breath work, Pilates and Yin yoga. Excluded: Flights.
Early Bird: Save if you book and pay your deposit by midnight the 31st of December 2023.
Full Price: If you book and pay your deposit on or after the 1st of January 2024.
Deposit: (non-refundable) £400 will secure your space. The full balance is due 8 weeks before your retreat. Spaces are limited. Single room supplements are available on request.

About the Practices
Pilates, Yin Yoga, meditation and breath work
The core of our retreat is built upon the practices of Yin Yoga and Pilates, meditation, and breath work. I have spent over 25 years exploring, learning, and integrating many practices and exercise modalities.
These key modalities I believe complement each other and serve us on many levels. They allow inner exploration; cultivating within us a set of tools to which we can turn when we need peace, restoration, strength, and vitality. Fundamentally we are nurturing a strong and robust base physically, mentally, and emotionally, and energetically.
I will draw upon Traditional Chinese Medicine, Myo-Fascial release, emotional well-being with flower essences and aromatherapy, Reiki and energy work. Integrating our awareness of our health and well-being physically, mentally, and emotionally is, I believe, the greatest gift we can give ourselves.
When you retreat with me, I will empower you; expanding your knowledge, awareness, and capacity to resourcefully nurture your Self.
Pilates cultivates physical strength, core stability and flexibility. Pilates addresses postural issues by working to correct muscular imbalances and heightens our level of body awareness.
Yin yoga is a quiet, still and grounding practice. It can be deeply challenging but will not drain or deplete you. It generates a profound sense of well-being as it reminds us to connect to ourselves; it can facilitate deep release of physical, mental, and emotional tension.
About Maison 10
Maison 10 is a beautiful French farmhouse renovated by Sarah and Simon Post who set about creating a purpose-built retreat space and home-from-home. Sarah and Simon reside at Maison 10 for part of the summer and the house has Sarah’s signature mix of modern and vintage. It is light and spacious.
The main house has 6 rooms set up to share either as twin rooms or super kings; four bedrooms are en-suite whilst two have a basin in the room and share a bathroom. Our classes are held in the modern, glass fronted yoga Shala which overlooks the heated swimming pool and valley. This facilitates a practice with views of vineyards, orchards, olive groves and the wild, mountainous landscape of La Drome Provençale. Maison 10 has a tranquil massage treatment space, and a local masseuse can provide treatments.
It is a short walk into Nyon which has a weekly market, cafes, and boutique shops. The historic market town is famous for its Olive oil, Lavender, and vineyards. Local tours include cycling (electric or pedal bikes), hikes and wine tasting.
